Chase Your Dreams Grants
Grants will be used to partner with 501c(3) organizations that can utilize additional financial resources to fund programs benefitting children of all ages. This Fund is a celebration of the love, guidance, support, and realization of Jill’s desire to keep chasing her dreams. Grant amounts, determined by the JEHH Grant Committee, will not exceed $10,000.

Applicant requirements
Organizations must be a 501(c)(3) organization or in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status and provide appropriate documentation.
Applicant’s mission must support children through health, life skills and/or empowerment.
Showcase a clearly defined vision on how these financial resources will help you achieve your goal(s) including the community impact and effectiveness of this project.
Organizations must provide a project/program budget with itemized breakdown of how funds will be used.
Funds must be provided for youth 18 years of age or younger.
List of the names, affiliations and address for Organization’s Board of Directors.
Applicants that are not supported include:
Organizations that discriminate in their provision of goods and services based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sex, age, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status or marital status
Public or private schools
Organizations that do not possess or are not applying for 501(c)(3) status
Profit-making enterprises
Individuals
Requests that support:
General operating expenses
Lobbying, political organizations or campaigns
Fundraising dinners, raffles, and other events
General fundraising
Advertising
Upon approval, applicants may be asked to submit:
Summary of project status or completion information. Form to be provided by JEHH.
Pictures and/or video of the project/program in action. “Before and after pictures” and/or video (if applicable).
Summary of the progress/results using the goals listed in the original grant application
Description of any significant challenges experienced related to the funded grant project/program.
Final reports are due one year after grant funds are received.

The JEHH Board of Directors and/or their designees will review all applications and determine if an award will be approved and the amount. Only completed applications received by the deadline will be presented for consideration. All applicants will be notified either by phone or email of their grant application status.
**Community projects are limited to financial resources and timelines.
